Policies
The rules for both
- Minimum age to book is 18. The primary renter must be 18 or older.
- No smoking anywhere on either property.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Timing is usually flexible, so feel free to ask.
Specific to each house
The Paddle Inn
- Sleeps up to 6.
- Parking included.
- Garage excluded (owner storage).
The Black Marlin
- Sleeps up to 5.
- Parking included, 3 vehicles.
- No children. This house is adults-only.
- The house sits on a hillside. There are several flights of stairs between the parking area and the front door, so please reconsider if stairs are difficult for anyone in your group.
- Like every house on this stretch of the lake, the water is well water with a softener. There's a reverse-osmosis faucet next to the kitchen sink for drinking water.
Cancellations
Terms differ by property, so each house has its own schedule below. Full payment is due at the time of booking. How much is refunded depends on how far ahead you cancel.

These terms are still being finalised before direct booking goes live. Please confirm exact dollar amounts with us before relying on them for a time-sensitive trip.
Booking and payment
Booking and card payment happen on this site. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking; the cancellation schedule above governs what's refundable after that.
This site is currently a demo build. The booking flow is fully functional, but it runs against Stripe's test mode with placeholder pricing. No reservation is real and no card can be charged.
