The Black Marlin is small on purpose. It has two bedrooms, adults only, and a deck that hangs out over the water, the kind of place where the day's plan is coffee on the porch and a paddle before the wind picks up. There's an infrared sauna in the back bedroom and a tiki bar in the yard with a marlin over the counter. Briggs Lake doesn't allow gas engines, so it stays quiet.
